1. General Administration and Finance

Vision:

To ensure efficient, transparent, participatory, lawful, and equitable governance while strengthening the Panchayat’s financial management and own-source revenue.

Mission:

  • Upgrade the Panchayat and its constituent institutions to ISO standards.
  • Ensure timely and efficient public services.
  • Strengthen public grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Increase own-source revenue and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Ensure lawful and effective utilization of public funds.

2. Agriculture and Allied Sectors

Vision:

To increase farmers’ income by promoting integrated farming systems, organic farming, vegetable and paddy cultivation, and biodiversity conservation.

Mission:

  • Expand organic farming practices.
  • Increase vegetable and paddy production.
  • Ensure watershed and environmental conservation.
  • Implement agricultural development through integration of employment guarantee schemes and agriculture department projects.

3. Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development

Vision:

To promote animal husbandry as a sustainable source of income while increasing dairy production and ensuring the protection of indigenous breeds and animal health.

Mission:

  • Increase milk production.
  • Protect disease-resistant indigenous breeds.
  • Ensure maximum subsidy support to farmers.
  • Improve veterinary healthcare services.

4. Local Economic Development

Vision:

To utilize local resources effectively and promote employment opportunities and entrepreneurship.

Mission:

  • Encourage micro-enterprises and production units.
  • Strengthen women entrepreneurship.
  • Provide skill development training.
  • Implement integrated projects such as “My Job, My Pride.”

5. Poverty Alleviation

Vision:

To eliminate extreme poverty by achieving sustainable development goals.

Mission:

  • Ensure housing construction and renovation.
  • Promote livelihood enterprises.
  • Implement welfare schemes for women, children, and vulnerable groups.
  • Formulate micro-projects for the extremely poor.

6. Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe Development

Vision:

To ensure the social, economic, and infrastructural development of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities.

Mission:

  • Implement housing construction and renovation schemes.
  • Provide educational assistance and marriage aid.
  • Integrate sub-plan funds and LIFE Mission funds for development projects.

7. Social Justice

Vision:

To create a socially inclusive environment for the elderly and differently-abled persons.

Mission:

  • Develop elderly- and differently-abled-friendly public institutions.
  • Provide health, psychological, and cultural support.
  • Effectively implement welfare schemes.

8. Gender Development and Child Development
